OLLI

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, how can we re-emerge with a sense of hope and vitality? On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, Amy Eva, Associate Education Director at the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, joined us to share research-based skills and strategies for developing self-compassion during difficult times. She discussed how we can better understand and name our emotions, and how to challenge default thoughts and beliefs. As an educational psychologist and teacher educator, Dr. Eva writes, presents, and leads online courses about adult well-being and resilience.
