Academic Calendar

OLLI @Berkeley offers four academic terms per year: fall, winter, spring and summer. Courses vary in length, start date, and type (in person, livestreamed and/or recorded).

Spring 2026

March 30–May 31

• Feb. 9: Registration opens
• March 30: Courses begin (many 3-, 4- and 6-week courses)
• April 10: Registration closes
• April 27: Courses begin (remaining 3- and 4-week courses)
• May 31: Term ends; final day to access course materials

Summer 2026

June 1–Aug. 31

• April 13: Registration opens
• June 1: Courses begin
• June 12: Registration closes
• June 25: Courses end
• Aug. 31: Term ends; final day to access course materials

Fall 2026

Sept. 1–Dec. 31

• July 13: Registration opens
• Sept.14: Courses begin (many 3-, 4- and 6-week courses)
• Oct. 9: Registration closes
• Oct. 12: Courses begin (remaining 3- and 4-week courses)
• Dec. 31: Term ends; final day to access course materials

Winter 2027
