Cooking By the Book
Among the canon of cookbooks collected by an enthusiastic cook over the years, a few inevitably become favorites. In this course we’ll explore four such gems, each carefully selected for its current relevance as well as its distinctive recipes, techniques, and voice. These livestreamed classes feature cooking demonstrations and discussion. Recipes are included.
