[Town Hall] Midterm Elections 2026: What Happened and What Comes Next?
Join us for a special town hall the day after the 2026 elections, when we’ll bring together scholars, specialists, and practitioners to unpack what happened and what it might mean on the road to 2028. This isn’t just about election results, which likely won’t all be in yet. Instead, it’s an opportunity to take a real, honest look at where American democracy stands right now. What do these midterms tell us about the bigger arc of American politics? That’s not only a question about strengthening (and perhaps reforming) our institutions — it’s also about how we bring back a sense of energy and connection to public life and civil society. We’ll dig into all of this at the national, state, and local levels — from the Beltway to your local bike lane, so to speak.
