How to Reset Your Nervous System: Ancient Wisdom and Neuroscience

Our nervous system shapes the quality of our daily life. It affects our health, relationships, and well-being by influencing our body, mind, and spirit. In this course, you will learn embodied practices to sustain good health and healing, and to thrive as a human being. These practices help us shift from states of anxiety, fear, and feeling overwhelmed into states of safety, ease, and connection.
