This course highlights the importance of food culture in the Arab world. Navigate through the history of some Arab countries, discovering the beauty and richness of the region.
Haitham S. Mohamed started his teaching career in Egypt teaching ESP at Mansoura University. He was a Fulbright visiting scholar at UNE, Maine, and has taught Arabic at The American University in Cairo. In 2013, he joined the UC family teaching all levels of Arabic and also Egyptian colloquial Arabic.
