Membership

Membership in OLLI@Berkeley is required to enjoy the full range of offerings, including courses, lectures, and special events. There are three levels of membership—single term, annual and all-inclusive. All levels include the following benefits, with savings at the annual and all-inclusive level:

Here are a few highlights:

  • Opportunity to register in more than 75 courses and events annually
  • Participation in interest circles formed by OLLI members
  • Discounts to the Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive, Lawrence Hall of Science, and UC Botanical Garden

2011–12 Membership Dues

Single term (Fall, Winter, or Spring term)

 $50 per term

Current and retired staff and faculty at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and current California Alumni Association (CAA) members (with proof of status)

 $40 per term

Annual (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer)
Available only in the Fall term

 $100 per year

All-inclusive (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer)
Includes annual membership, up to 9 courses/workshops for the academic year, and priority registration for each term. Available only in the Fall term

 $700 per year

All-inclusive, split payment option
Pay $400 with Fall term registration; the balance of $325 will be charged in November. Available only in the Fall term

 $725 per year

Summer Term
Includes participation in Summer Interest Circles, auditing Summer Sessions courses (some exceptions apply), and attendance at summer lectures. For more information see the Summer Term page.

Student Identification Cards

OLLI student identification cards will be distributed at the first class meeting of each course.
